At Astrojap, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund After Order Energization

Once an order has been successfully placed and the product has been energized, it becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will only be considered in the following case:

• The product is damaged during transit, and
• A complete unboxing video is provided as proof.

⚠️ The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage visible.

3. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

4. Important Notes

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Astrojap reserves the right to verify and approve refund claims
